Kathy, our principal lamb grower, raises her own carefully selected meat sheep, a product of years of cross breeding. Her pastures have been nurtured over many years, grazed by a mix of species, chickens, sheep and cattle. She has a flock of grazing, free range layers and supplies eggs to a number of local stores and farm stands.

She is a true country lady, brought up on a North of England farm in Cheshire, she continues a long tradition of yeomanship. You can buy honey and eggs at her farm and at other local farm stands. Her lambs are in continuous demand for which there is a waiting list.
