Who:
We are an affiliation of producer-members who are committed to
a "grass-based",
ecological agriculture, humane animal management and high quality,
clean meats.

Where:
Our Farms are scattered around the wonderful landscape of the Hudson
Valley. This is an area of fertile soils, temperate climate and
plentiful water resulting in what many say to be the most productive
grazing in the Country.

Why:
We work hard to raise fine livestock on our farms, but share in the effort to
market and communicate the values of the product that we are proud of.

What:
We produce fine beef, lamb, veal, poultry and pork, grazing our livestock
on nutritious pastures and feeding forages, primarily. It is our belief
that grass-fed animals are healthier and consequently their meat provides
the growing core of grass-fed meat believers with a healthy choice.
Grass-Fed?
There is no similarity between your lawn and the animals' feed! Grass-fed is
a herdsman's term for "grazed on nutritious pasture and not fed grain
and other by-products in a feed lot"! |
